Question P0327 on freshly rebuilt engine.

I just had my 350 Vortec rebuilt and it threw a p0327 (knock sensor low voltage). Everything seems to be running fine. What would cause this and how do I fix it? The knock sensor is a few months old and I've checked the wiring which is fine. I have a custom tune, but it isn't perfect. The only internal mods the engine has is a LT4 Hot Cam. Could the tune cause it to throw that code?
