Default hope this is the right section?

Does anyone know if the GMPP (CPP now i guess?) e-rod harness comes with the ignition bit, or if its just an engine controller? I want to put in an ignition system but I am not sure if it uses the cars existing ignition, or if its upgraded with some sort of security thing. Again sorry if this doesn't make sense or is not in the right section...

I want to put in a keyless ignition, and would rather not have to use a key at all. (leaving the cylinder in to lock the steering and to distract thieves ((hopefully))

I can't speak for the GMPP system, but we offer a keyless ignition system.

im building one to incorporate rfid and a pushbutton start. The reader im putting in wont read further than 2 inches, so any potential thieves would have to be in the car, then find the reader because im moving all the ignition wires elsewhere.
