Default "Soften" closed loop fuel adjustment?

Is there some way to command the PCM to not adjust the fuel as much for a given O2 sensor value? Similar to "idle overspeed" and "idle underspeed" but for the O2's?

Default

Apparently there is and it's the closed loop proportional base vs. airflow and gain vs. O2 error.
