Default 2 bar tune

I need a refresher;
I will be swapping out my 98 PCM for a 01 PCM in a few weeks. Since it's been few years since I upgraded to a two bar system, I just wanted to confirm
When I download the tune from the new 01 PCM, I will of course have to license it just like any new car I am about to tune. Question; does it ask me at that time to select the operation system (2 bar), or is that a separate step.
(I have tuned a few other guys cars, but none of them are boosted, so I just bought the license for that car)

first you write the new tune in.
Then convert it to two bar.
Make sure you have the latest version of software from the HPT site.

Custom OS are now free! But you need the latest software.

What PCM? 0411 or 4896 work best.

Thanks Ron; You always come through with the answer
I am replacing with a 0411 out of a 01 vette.

I haven't updated for a while, so I proably need to check if I have the latest.

There is also a Beta version available, and you can now do segment swaps yourself.
