Default Will this PCM update overwrite my tune file?

In search of a fix for my low idle during low speed turning problem, I came across a TSB for the issue. The recommended procedure is to clean the throttle body (which I have done meticulously) and update the PCM calibration to the latest version.

It mentions checking the PCM calibration for the throttle body coking update in two separate sections of the PCM. OS and Engine. If missing, then update the PCM to the latest version.

Will this (or any PCM update) overwrite my tune file?
