06 GTO Reduced engine power, ETC stops at 73% and resets codes 1516 and 2101 Tried to wipe out all the predicted airflow that would trip them, the positive/negative error values are stock at 6% and at that differential is when it resets and goes into reduced power. Raise that all the way to 100% allowed error and still resets at 79

Are you running a DBW throttle body? If you are you may be having issues with the error % with your TPS.
I am having the same issues with my NW 102 throttle body, currently trying to adjust the tune to help it. No luck yet! Are the DTC codes disabled for p2101?
