Default Struggling with O2s

I recently redid my harness for my 5.3 in my 73 Camaro. The car idles okay but it's not steady. Obd2 is saying OP_Fault once I turn the key. I have a p0200 code which I have no idea how that came up when the car runs fine. It just my o2s aren't doing what they're supposed to. o2s have around 1.2 volts at the 12v wire and the sensors themselves are brand new. They are the triangle shaped connectors. It doesn't make sense to me.
Any help is appreciated.

You don't say what controller you have, but you should have 12 ign, o2 sig, sig ground
and heater control or chassis ground. are the connectors a 5 pin with only 4 wires.
