Default HP tuners, KPa bouncing. sample rate or actual problem?

So I finally have a MAP sensor I trust, from efi source. It seems to scale well at 305 linear, 2.85 offset. It gives me 100KPa at key on, engine off.

One thing I have noticed, is that with every map sensor I've tried the gauge needle in the HPT scanner seems to bounce rapidly from 0 to 100 like this

It does not do this at idle ~45 KPa

Normal or problem?

as long as it reads normal at idle/ wot/ part throttle (using a boost gauge/vacuum gauge as reference) then i wouldnt mind it much attention IMO. i have heard of some efisource sensors tearing apart with boost though. Some 3 bar OS's are finicky too.
