#411 ECM and Drive by Wire questions Hi there I have a 2002 lm7 that I am working on installing in a Jeep Comanchee.
I currently have a #411 ECM setup for Cable (stock ecm)
I am looking to convert the current setup to drive by wire in preparation for the swap.
Is it possible to run a drive by wire setup on a ecm that was previously setup for cable without doing a ECM reprogram (use cable firmware to run wire? is it possible)
This will allow me to test the drive by wire functionality before converting the engine harness to 2006 ecm pin out (have unlocked #802 ecm for drive by wire)
