OK so I was chasing down a catalyst efficiency code P0420 with a Snap On Solus scanner, and in the engine data menu I noticed that fuel trim learn is disabled. Is this normal with the engine off? Car is a M6 2000 Trans Am, and it's getting only about 16 mpg with 50/50 city and highway driving.
