Thumbs up A few words about Diablo Sport customer service.

Last month while using my Predator I accidentally dropped and grabbed it by the cord. The power cord pulled out of the mother board and when I tried to plug the unit into my AC/DC adapter it would not work at all. I sent it back to Diablo a few weeks ago to be checked out and fixed. Yesterday, I emailed Brian at Diablo telling him I really needed the unit back soon because I was detonating on the juice. THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO OVERNIGHT ME A BRAND NEW PREDATOR TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE. I've started to have doubts about Diablo with the V1.04 updates not arriving but I think that they went above and beyond what most companies would do. If your in the market for a handheld unit I would say that their still the way to go.
