Question I am really HP Tuner Illiterate?

Ok here is another question,What is Mode Delay rpm in the Fuel control under the enable Map? Mine is set to 3200 ,what should it be at?

PE Delay
This is actually a delay used in some truck chassis. The PCM will count down, through this delay before entering Power Enrichment Mode. It should be 0 for any performance applications. It is usually not used in cars, but can introduce a delay up to 60 seconds in heavy trucks..

PE Delay RPM
PE Delay is DISABLED above this RPM.

id doesnt matter what number you put in there, it wont do anything unless you put in a number in the pe delay tab. but i wouldnt mess with it,

Hey Thanks wait4me,I didnt know if it had to do with my past conveter being a 3200 and now I have a 4000 and my Tuner didnt change it....Like I said I am a HP Tuner NEWBIE,but I am trying to learn and WANT to learn...I have my Corvette fuel injection book on the way

the F1 key works wonders w/HP Tuners too I use it quite a bit... pretty well laid out "english" help file that goes over most of the various controls

Mike you are the Man !Thanks ,I didnt know when you hit the f1 key on each table that you get all the deffenitions You have saved me from racking up alot of post
