diffrence 98 -99-02

how can you tell the diffrence between an engine harness for the 98 as to the 99-02 models what are diffrent on the harness plugs that wont let it work please help thanks for any info

the wire locations are totally different. it would instantly fry the pcm if you plug it in.. the grounds and powers are in the wrong spot too... if it is a 99 and up the black ground wires would be on the 1 and 40 pin
