Default Question about MAF sensor.

I just got my HP Tuners package for my '98 Camaro and have been logging some LTFT and other stuff. The LTFT's look good at idle and low airflows (slightly negative) but at high RPM, load, and airflow I get LTFT of about +9. I have stock exhaust but have changed the airbox lid to a whisper lid with FRA mod. I also have a smooth bellow and ported throttle body. Would all this throw the MAF calibration this far out of wack? Any suggestions about fixing the problem? I am reading threads about SD and MAF tuning so I am trying to get as much information about this stuff as possible. Thanks for your help.
