Default Dynamic cylinder air.. got a question

Ok i was reading the VE tuning table in the FAQ and i was wondering if dynamic cylinder air was in atap V1 somwhere. I can't find it, if there isn't is there anything i can do for my VE tables? Also how would i setup my maf table without dynamic cylinder air if i don't have that logging capability? My fuel trims are around -4% should i just leave it, also how do i know if my maf table is off. I'm assuming by logging and comparing my results to my existing maf table. Im new to this so please help
