Default No spark no fuel ? no dice

Alright --it has done this once before --it was the fuel pump relay "no biggie"
then i went to start it 2 days ago --i have no fuel nor do i have spark -the 3-4 grounds on the head seem to be tight and all connected --anyone know what i could be over looking --any test i can do to see if in fact the pcm took a **** on me --something that would tell me for sure --or am i looking in the wrong direction ? The one thing i know nothing about acts up on me
could i take the pcm-ecu to a dealer to see if they can connect to it ?
dunno ?

Default comp.

One thing I can think of is to always make sure you have a check engine light on when the key is on engine off.

Check to make sure the PCM is getting power when the key is in the cranking position.
