Default injector swap=weird fuel trims, whats this mean?

ok so at about 30kpa seemed to be the divider line. anything lower than 30 kpa was very rich and above 30 kpa seemed to be a little on the lean side but ok overall.

i dont know what to take from this information or anything. im gonna try adn get the injectors back in the car tomorrow and start tuning. this was an old log from before and it seems like its always saying its rich at idle. o2s were sluggish too. dont know where to start on the ifr if i shoudl go up or down. im wondering if the others, when the o2s were oscilating nice, being lean that i should make the ifr smaller, making the car richer, making the o2s oscillate at idle maybe getting rid of the rich reading?

open to any and all opinions
