Default IFR table and Accel 30#

Now I'm looking at my IFR table and I noticed that my table is multiplied by 1.17. My car is a 99' and my stock flow rate at 0 Vac is 26.41 on my stock file. You multiply that by 1.17 and it becomes 30.88 at 0 Vac, but if I use the formula that I've seen in other threads, I should multiply by 1.33 and that should give me 35.13. Car runs fine, but mileage sucks. Is my table wrong.

I think I'm right about the 1.33, I just want to make sure.

I think this is what you should have in your injector Flow table
Flow Rate Vs. Kpa (this is each cell from Left to right)
34.64162706
34.85752419
35.07209232
35.2853557
35.49733784
35.70806157
35.91754903
36.12582173
36.33290055
36.5388058
36.74355721
36.94717396
37.14967471
37.3510776
37.55140031
37.75066003
37.9488735

I used an excel spreadsheet that I have found to be good for doing injectors
