What is this circuit? Where can I find it? The car over heats due to the fans not coming on. It does this some times. Mostly when its really hot outside. What triggers the relays? The relays are all good. They just dont get a signal when the car starts to overheat. I think its two things

Coolant Temp Sensor or the PCM. What do you all think?
