Default Help w/ throwing codes P1133 & P1153

I installed long tube headers & ORY about 2 months ago, I re-used the front O2 sensors which I'm guessing were oem, current mileage is 37,000. The car is now throwing codes P1133 & P1153. If I'm not mistaken these are for insufficient switching between banks?
I cleared the code but guessing it will come back.
How do I go about fixing this ? Do I just need to replace the o2's with new
ones ? I was running the stock programming for a short time and the car was running rich, could this have caused this ?

put rear vette O2s up front they are self heating and have been known to help most people.
