Need some help... I am trying to change out this stupid OS from a 99 to an 01 or later. I *thought* that if you had a cable with the new program you could reflash the ECU but its not that simple. So anywho, I have 2 cables 1 - 99 and 00 vettes and 1 98 / 01 / 02 vettes. Can I have the PCM flashed to a 2002 from a dealer than reflash it the normal way?
