Default Disconnected PCM and now willnot start

I am helping a friend that has a C5 LS1 in a cobra kit car. His fan stopped working and we were trying to locate the problem. We checked the fuses and relays and all were good. So we disconnected the PCM to check for a bad connection or bad pin. All of them looked good, sop I reconnected the PCM and now it will not start! It turns over but will not fire. Is there a sync up procedure? Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Make sure you don’t have the pcm flipped around the wrong way

If you’re sure the cables are hooked up right and if you have a scan tool are you getting any data from the pcm with the key in run but not trying to start the car?

ws6firebirdta00,

IN your case all you did was disconnect the PCM? Or was there more to your issue? I plugged in a scan tool and it will not talk to the PCM, It will not even find a PCM attached.

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it.
