tune LTFT with MAF?

tune LTFT with MAF? I have looked averywhere for a good answer of this. I am going to run my car with my MAF so why cant i tune the VE table with it in use?

because if it is in use you cannot tune the ve table. both ahve to have changes made to them, the ve has to be right and the maf calibration has to be right. if they dont match then they have conficts and throw codes and give improper fueling. tune the ve FIRST then the maf
