damn hypertech!! I bought a a used hypertech a few years ago and installed it, It worked fine at the time. I put the car up for the winter and when I bought a 160 thermostat I tried to use it and couldnt get it to work. Nothing could be done to help me scince i wasnt the original buyer.Anyways the main question to this is that i think their program is still in my car. Will this lock my PCM? I am installing my procharger soon and i dont want to go buy all the stuff to tune it if its gonna be locked from the hypertech. Help please!!

as stated, it won't lock it.... as for the original owner BS... they tried pulling that wi/the guy that bought my HPP3 years back... I told the guy to tell them that he was the original owner and all worked out.... they have no clue who the original owner is... they only know you're not because you told them so... so call them back and say you are the original owner
