couple of engine codes. P102, P140, P160. searched already. stumped
hey guys i did a little searching today after finding out that i have the P102 code. it only came on after i installed my LTs because that is the only time i have ever had a SES light. I do not have any rear 02s plugged in or working so i am assuming that is the two 02 codes.
however the P102 code has me a little confused. I have checked my O2 wires that are plugged in and they are not melted or burnt. also my ENG SENS fuse is good under the hood. I have not done anythign with the maf except for start to install my nitrous kit(never sprayed) and i am not quite sure what else it would be.
if anyone has any input that would be great.
Thanks
Louie

just for reference i jsut worked on the car for a while and did a few things. i deleted the code and i will see if it comes back tomorrow but the car runs much better now, hopefully the code doesnt come back and get me again.
Ok well as of right now i have done the following:
1.Checked the fuse(ok) although i have not yet checked the voltages because my meter is at work.
2.removed the MAF and very carefully cleaned all of the resistors and little metal line very thoroughly with a qtip and electrical contact cleaner.
3.Checked for any grounding out wires.
4. Checked MAF wires to see if any were bent or not making contact.
5.i used the carb cleaner method to check for any vacuum leaks and none were found.
6.got on internet and asked for help from my peers
7. waiting patiently for their answer/tomorrow to see if the light comes back on.
Thanks
Louie

ok Half and Half i spent 9k on a scanner to tell me these codes lol so it will cost ya for me to tell ya. J/K here you go
P0102 - MAF or VAF circuit low input
P0140 - o2 sensor ckt no activity (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0160 - o2 sensor ckt no activity (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
hope this helps
Mike
P.s. - i have a program that tells me DTC's so if anyone needs a DTC looked up let me know. Hope i helped ya out.
