All of those are for A4 car and I need them for a M6 car.

It doesn't matter. I've used an M6 tune in my car before. The difference between an M6 and A4 tune is the exactly that, the transmission. If you take a look at a stock A4 and M6 file, they basically have the same engine parameters. Your not going to just switch the whole file, just copy what you need and go from there.

Ok thanks. Does it matter about the year of the car? I have a 99.

It's best to use the same year, but if there isn't one just compare different tunes and find out which works best for you. It's gonna take a lot of time and testing. I currently have about 5 different tunes for my car.
