Rough cut at it, 11:1 air/fuel at wot, 14 degrees timing in the bottom right quadrant of the timing table. Then you can tweak it from there.

For starters, on the timing table, you can use your stock timing tables, just subtract 2 from 40gms up. The more boost you make and air your car consumes the less timing it will give the motor. 18 is a pretty safe number, Just make sure you allow at least 8kr allowance in the max kr vs rpm in pe. And just make sure to keep it rich, Like John says, 11:xx Is always good, Any richer and you will loose performance.

Rich does not always make it safe. You will knock with too much fuel and not enough timing. There is a balance point. You also need to ask the question of how much cylinder pressure does he have. Have you done a compression test after the cam install? This will help you understand how much the motor has to start with and how far you can take it.

no I have not done a compression test, but I also replaced the head gaskets with some fel-pro's that where .041 thick and 4.135 bore with stock heads.
