Been throwing this code for awhile now.
After scanning with HPTuners it would appear that I have

Car is down on power. I've lost 5-7 mph in the 1/4 and .5 et
Do I have vauum leak somewhere?

You can try finding vac leaks with a can of carb cleaner/break cleaner and spray it around the hoses/connections as well as the intake and throlle body. You should hear the motor will initially rev up but if you spray the hell out of it will try to stall out if the leak is big enough.

But from the sound of it your map sensor could be either bad or not plugged in?
