Undelete after delete ????

Undelete after delete ???? I'm new to tuning and I took off my egr,air and cats. I was going to have the ses codes deleted from the pcm, so the light will shut off. my question is, If i go to sell my car decide to put the those systems back on my car is there a way to undelete the clearing of these faults?
