o2 sims.. but have code thrown?
I have had O2 simulators on my car for about 7k miles. All of a sudden this morning got 2 codes p0135, p0155.. thats O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1), O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1). Why all of a sudden?

do you think the placement of the o2 sensors iwth my true duals could cause them to crap out so soon, my car only has 28k miles on it. and if thats the case, can it be the reason im gettin 10-12mpg around town.

did you check the fuse???
you're in Open loop all the time now due to those codes... if it happen all of a sudden... I would bet 1/2 penny that somehow a wire came loose, hit the headers... blew the engine sensor fuse... and that's it...
For both sides to set the code "all of a sudden" as you stated... you either have the worst luck in the world... or the entire circuit is blown (aka fuse)

I've seen numerous cars (including mine) have heater malfuctions months after header installs (without cats).. I guess it could be something to do with the car running richer trying to compensate since the engine is running more efficent (leaner) with headers and the extra fuel is screwing up the sensors..especially with cat overtemp on, or it could be the combination of that stuff and the sensors getting older.
I replaced mine and haven't had any problems for over a year (even without tuning till recently, but I had COT turned off with my back O2's before I had Flashscan).
