VATS resistance chart I found this and thought it might be useful
go to an electronics shop and have an ohm meter reading of your existing key taken the possible readings are as follows;
key value. resistance.
1 ) 402 ohm
2 ) 523 ohm
3 ) 681 ohm
4 ) 887 ohm
5 ) 1130 ohm
6 ) 1471 ohm
7 ) 1871 ohm
8 ) 2370 ohm
9 ) 3010 ohm
10 ) 3740 ohm
11 ) 4750 ohm
12 ) 6040 ohm
13 ) 7500 ohm
14 ) 9530 ohm
15 ) 11800 ohm
These readings are taken across the silver tabs on the resistor on the vats key,you can get help at any electronics shop or radio shack.
