stock limiter is 6200 so i think you'd be safe at 6000

u although the LS1 will pull all the way to the rev limiter, i wouldnt recommend going over 6200rpm. i powershift my t/a at 5500 rpm which seems to be the optimum shift point on my car. Unless u get a bigger cam/lifters/springs i wouldnt bother with it.

The fuel shutoff is at 6250. So leave it alone unless you get an aftermarket cam and springs. You could just get springs and the rest of the complimentary valvetrain...but there would be no reason as shifting higher would only slow you down. The stock cam flatlines around 5500. I have my shiftlite set at 6k, works great.

I wouldn't go over 6200 unless your F-body isn't your daily driver. It isn't worth the slight gain.

There is no gain, you would be revving too far past peak power and would actually slow down
