Well here we go..its a salvage car. Bought it, no keys. Now the security light is blinking of coarse (no keys). So get a new key cut and get the required remote for it. Go to program it with the tech2 and notta, need the security code for the BCM. Well come to find out the only way to get the code for the BCM is the card that comes with the car and has the number on it. You would think it would still be with the car, but no cause the car doesn't even have keys!!!!!


ARRRGGGG I want this thing out of the shop. Anyone habve any ideas. Also I programmed VATS out with tunercat and no luck, still got the security light. Damn passlock2.

a tech II cannot do it? They pulled all the codes at leat the key code and radio code from mine with a tech II

Thats weird I know, the GTO is a different animal as far as the security goes.
