Default Atap Readings! Need some advice!

My car has been running so so, for about the last two weeks, so I decided to atap and found some really wierd readings. First of all when cruising lterms are slightly positive around 1-2% and my o2 readings are very lean around .7-.6. Then when I go WOT my o2 readings are at .9-.91 but my timing never gets above 22 degrees. And in the third gear and fourth around 5800-5900 I get around 4 degrees of knock retard. What can I do to remidy this? I was told to change the plugs as I may have a misgap from the factory? Car has 10k on the clock. Maybe a MAFT??
Thanks

i may not be right, but you can only read your 02's at WOT.. .90 is about average for them at WOT.

the 4 degrees of knock are whats messing your timing up. If you can get rid of the knock then your timing should be back up around 26-27

is anything banging under your car?? your running 93 gas right?
