Code Help!!..!!! Hey guys I got a Mil Today and I'm getting Code P1416 as a Catalyst. Thanks for the help.
Dont know what this means but the manual says "Air System bank 2"

P1416 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System Bank 2. Mine was a clogged passenger side air check valve. Picked one up from NAPA, easy to replace, GM PN is 12565503.

You mean the metal air pipe? I didn't. Just unclamped the hose on one side, then used two wrenches to unscrew it. If it's really stuck on there you can remove the pipe and put it in a vice or something. If you go that route you might need a new gasket where the pipe bolts to the manifold if it doesn't come off clean - but they're cheap, PN for the gasket is 12553617.
