hey guys, i was wondering if anyone could help me out. when i reset my ltfts using my hp tuner software, is that all im resetting? or does it reset my primary ve tables to a basic or "stock" number? im just trying to get a better grasp of what all is being reset..

LTFTs are learned fuel trims, or adjustments based on narrowband o2 readings to adjust part throttle driving to 14.7 af/r.
When you reset them, basically you are zeroing out all the learning so it can start learning all over again. If you change VE/MAF tables, then you reset the fuel trims so it can start learning fresh off the new values instead of learning off the old learned values.
