Default High Idle

Hey guys just got my car back from getting tuned. I had a ported FAST 90/NW a 85mm MAF installed on my stock cubed head and cam (240/.595 114LSA) motor. When I drive the car I dont have to give it any gas to keep it going it stays at about 30-35 mph, when I come to a stop the RPM's hang at 2k and then drop back down to normal idle (1k). Is all of this normal for a F-body tuned with LS1 edit? If not how can it be fixed? Thanks for any and all help.

The dreaded cruise control effect. I'm sure they messed with the throttle follower and throttle cracker because of the cam.
