Default ? about tune and battery

i have to let my car sit while i go away for spring break and my spare keys were stolen and my appointment to get my locks change at the dealership isnt till i come back so. My ? is if i take out my battery and ignition fuse will reseting the computer like that affect my tune? my car was custom dyno tunned by jeremy formato i believe he used ls1 edit. so if i take out the battery will i have to get it retunned or is the tune go into the memory of the computer. I know it probly sounds stupid but as far as the tunning aspect of an ls1 goes i dont know anything.

The tune will not be forgotten by the computer
It may run a little crappy till it relearns the idle parameters, but the tune will still be there

You'll be ok. The car will probably hunt for idle for a short period after the first startup, but the tune will still be there. Have fun on your trip!
