Default Safe tune for a new motor

I will be putting a new 347 in my 99 SS A4 (cam 226/234 112). My heads will be 59cc which will put the comp ratio right about 11.3:1. My current tune is relatively stock. Will this be okat to run on a stock tune until I can get a WB O2 and get a good tune on it? If not what would you all recomcned for a safe tune?

The timing tables might be to aggressive with the higher compression. Probably need to back down the timing a few degrees.
