Question P0400 on '97 LT1. How do I fix this?

I have a 1997 LT1 and it's giving me a P0400 - EGR Circulation Flow Malfunction. I've checked my EGR and it seems fine. I've even ran the scanner during a trip when the light came on, and I cannot find anything wrong with it. Has anyone encountered this problem, as well? Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
