ok i bought a laptop with ls1edit on it from a member and i got hte cable who do i send it too so it will work with my car...aka get it re-vined or whatever for my car?

also i tryed hooking it up and it wont even give me the action menu to try to connect...is that becuase it is not setup for my car?
