Default Air fuel Ration

with my set up and mods. What does the air fuel ration need to be. I have the HP TUNNER. some people have told be between 8 to 12 plus or -. With these mods what can I put my shift point at with 323 gears with the magic stice high rpm cam

Are you using a wideband? I assume no. For WOT shoot between 12.4-13.3 depending on what your car likes and at cruise/part throttle 14.63. If you are tuning with the stock narrowband o2's, shoot for +/- 2. To get the fueling correct you really need to invest in a wideband, the stock narrow bands won't allow you to correctly adjust the fueling at WOT.

for best et's/mph you'd probably need to spin the motor to ~7k rpms as I assume it would make peak hp around 6500-6700 rpms.

thats what I will try. took it to the track and as soon as it shift to 3rd It seem llike I lost half the power and it kinda cut out. no dont have a wide band yet.

If this is your symptom, then why are you assuming it's a tuning problem?
Ignition misfires are a much more common problem, so most people would check for that first.
The next check would probably be injector duty cycle and fuel pressure while the problem is happening.
