I am looking for HP Tuner timing tables for a 250-shot of N20. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

The high & low octane timing tables are what you're looking for.
You'll want to do some datalogging as well to find out where in the table you are running when WOT.

You could just use stock minus 10 for all values above your nitrous engagement point (this uses the old 2 degrees retard for every 50 hp of nitrous shot rule).
