o2s drop to [0] and ecm goes open loop,

o2s drop to [0] and ecm goes open loop, what do i got going on ,i must be up to no good again. drive.. off
the throotle at 55 and at 25 the car open loops both banks and the
fuel cell jumps in to cell 21. is this bad timing or bad fueling.
i could go back to stock file but i thought maby some body wpould
take stab at this , 02s at 940mv, seems rich, but it would
have to be lean to open loop on 25mph and down , than step on it and 02s perfect oscillation from both , weird seam like to much tim9ng down
low or to ,hell i dont know .. goes likke hell.. tell me were the cells
are divided in the timing tables, ow **** and big surge at open loop...
