Default new to tuning... lil advice ?

Hey I am new to the tuning world and have HP tuners all mods are in the sig and I have done the following: deleted rear O2's, EGR, AIR, adjusted for the 160 stat and copied the tables from high octane to low octane... now my question is what else can i do to help me with a internally stock car? I keep reading about doing 1 bar SD and such but what would that be useful to me? I do have an after market granitelli 80mm MAF?? suggestions or keep it like it is
