Low octane table after switching MAF?
My car is SC 02 Z06. As you know the 02's had the 85mm MAF unscreened. Well long story short I was playing around with my meth with the car idling and got too much meth on my MAf and it seemed to go crazy as AFR jumped everywhere. So I figured since my MAF is attached right after the intercooler I might benifit from using a MAF with a screen to help straighten the airflow and get more accurate MAF readings. The MAF i got was from a 01 Z06 and the values are the same in HP from 01 to 02. So anyway got it all together and went and did some wot logs and noticed the car was rich-like 10.1 at WOT from 4000-6600. MAf was getting pegged in the same spot the original MAF was at around 5800 rpm ( 7psi). Then I noticed that my timing was only 15 degrees versus the 19 I had when i set it up on the dyno. Sure enough I looked at the low octane table and it was reading it as i didn't make the tables the same. I have absolutely 0 knock retard on any of my logs and the knock tables are absolutely stock-i left them that way for the extra piece of mind if something went wrong. The low octane table can explain why my car is now rich but if there is no knock why is the car reverting to it?

No the meth is after the MAF-I had a mighty vac hooked up to 2 bar map and was setting turn on points for boost. The car was just idling so when the meth came on the TB was closed so the meth was spraying and had no place to go so it ended up on the MAF.
