Default The "Big Three" Battery Cables..

Anybody know where I can get the best aftermarket battery cables for a 2001 Camaro SS?

The reason I ask is because I have corroded cables and I want to replace them. Somebody told me that there are three main cables that are known as the "big three."

What are some good sites, and what are you guys running?

Okay, well, I decided to go ahead and get some Duralast replacement from the local Autozone and check it out from there.

How hard would it be to do this? I don't think it should be that difficult.

I made my own using 4 gauge wiring and gold connectors. This was for the +12Vdc and ground wiring.

Battery Ground to Chassis
Battery (+12Vdc) to fuse box
Fuse box to alternator

If you want it to look stock, the dealer carries all the cables. I've been there done that with a few friends GM's. Keep a close eye on those stock batteries.

Bringing this thread... back from the dead.

By doing a search, I found out about this company.

I purchased a set and installed them.
These far exceed the original GM battery cables in quality.

Here's a picture.
