Default Advance @ WOT

Can someone tell me what the timing advance is on a stock tune @ WOT?

I ran the car over the weekend but was disappointed to find I was down 4/10ths to 5/10ths over my previous bests so I logged a few passes and found I was only running 23-25' of advance @ WOT. Is this the norm?

I know weather plays a big factory but I was comparing previous runs in the same DA.

i believe its like 28* on 99's, but then factor in the low octane table if the knock learn factor is leaning one way or the other...then take all the adders into account as well.

Thanks for the input. To clarify I had no knock on any of my logs.
I did wonder if maybe I was running on the low octane table but I didn't know how to determine this with HP Tuners.
One more important factor I should add is that I normally ran 94 octane fuel but I recently switched to 91 for a couple reasons. 1 was that the 91 I use has no ethanol added and 2 the car was tuned for 91 according to the owners manual.
Maybe I should run the 91 out then go with 94 again for a couple tanks and see if it helps.
