Default Throwing a code, no idea why?

hey guys, my car has thrown this code, i had it cleared, and it pop'ed up the next time i drove it (today)

background:

I just had my car dyno tuned a couple of months ago, but haven't put many miles on it.

I had a big header leak, so it was throwing off Bank1, Sensor1. Fixed the leak and that problem seems to have gone away...I think. We have to check the computer tomorrow to see if its "learned" that the leak is fixed.

Problem:

The code I'm throwing now is from the MAP Sensor/Missfire

Now today I started the car with only one side of the coil packs plugged in so maybe thats the Missfire? BUT it threw this MAP Sensor code before all of this.

Any idea what it could be?

My tuner thought that maybe since my cam is so big the computer is having a problem with vaccum or something. Maybe I'm out of some parameter?

Any ideas?

I might just call Texas Speed and see if they've had this problem before.

Just looking for some advice I can give my tuner.

Thanks guys!

p.s., the car only has about 21-22k miles on it, and it doesn't seem like a MAP sensor is something that usually goes bad???

yup yup...there are a couple of map parameters that need to be changed to get the code to go away.
