Default will this fix this problem?

ok as of lately the car has been running rich and getting bad gas mileage. the ses light was on and had it check. codes were p0134 and p0135. i tried looking the codes up and still a bit confused. but if i replace the o2 sensor will these codes go away?

if the condition that caused the O2's to throw the code is fixed, then yes.
